Salam all docters sir mere back me jaha kidney hote hai dono side buhat he ziada hot hoti hai rat ko to saas lena be mushkil hojata hai gas type ki jama hojati hai waha per + peshab yellow or buhat he ziada smell ati hai us se . Or peshab ruk ruk kar ata hai kabho kabhi to 10 mint tak ata hai or ruk jata hai . Kya yeh kidney problem hai? Me jab leta rahta hon or jab ot kar chalta ho to peron ke nechle hissay me dard hota hai 20 kadam chalne per thek hojata hai hamesha dil karab sa rahta hai kane khane ko dil nahi karta + plus me stamoch ulcer ka patient rah chuka hon abi be elaaj kar wa raha hon 9 month se please help

Wasalam dear brother. So very likely you might have kidney issue. You would need Ultrasound kidneys and urine examination to see any infection/ swelling of kidneys or drainage system and stones.
I would advise you to visit medical specialist and get these tests done after consultation. Avoid painkillers like aspirin and brufen as these are not good for kidneys as well as your stomach. So you should see a doctor at your first periority. Thanks
