Talk to Internal Medicine on Kidneys N Backache

Hi, I’m 26 married n mommy of 1. I’m overweight near 92kg. From last year I’m facing mild n serve pain on both sides of my ribs including kidneys n backache. It seems like I do have kidneys pain. I went to Shifa international hospital n they did complete test including scan. All were normal. They just prescribed me nebrol fort, methyocobal n movax plus surbax Z n sunny D. For the time being i felt okay. Mild pain was off n on, but bearable but nowadays I’m facing same thing again as it was before like I can’t sleep on sides , so restless. feeling pressure on bladder like I’m 9 months pregnant n baby’s pressure on bladder. I have to go for pee frequently but pee z coming less quantity that’s y I’m feeling full bladder feeling have to go for pee again n again. Firstly I thought it z a UTI then I thought my kidneys are not filtering properly. I’m so confused n worried please help me. As I have to do house chores I’m so helpless.
