following are the findings as per test and x-ray, suggestions required.

Your Major Health Issues (Based on Tests and Symptoms):

1. Leg swelling & ankle joint changes: Mild fluid retention + possible joint degeneration or inflammation.

2. Low energy & muscle weakness: Possibly from borderline kidney function, mild protein imbalance, or low-level inflammation.

3. Kidney function:

eGFR = 66 → mild decrease in kidney function (Stage 2 CKD).

Creatinine = 1.26 → borderline high.

Trace protein in urine → early sign of kidney stress.

4. Electrolytes & blood: All within normal, no anemia.

5. Liver, Heart, Thyroid, Lungs: All functioning normally.

6. Rheumatoid/Autoimmune: Anti-CCP negative, ESR normal → unlikely autoimmune arthritis.

7. Urine crystals (Amorphous urates) → May be due to mild dehydration or protein breakdown.
