In Biopsy come vocal cord dysplasia. Right now, My main issue is voice changes (sometimes weak, sometimes normal), but breathing, swallowing, and overall health are normal. My condition has been stable for the last 4 months.

Dysplasia can be dangerous down the line. You should consult an ENT surgeon for advice regarding surgical removal or laser removal etc of this lesion. You should avoid smoking, excess vocal cord use, treat acid reflux if present and avoid other irritants. Please follow up with your ENT surgeon.
