Had no complain related to liver just irregular heartbeat for 10 days so went for a general lft, cbc and lipid profile test as recommended by General physician.

You should initially get viral hepatitis tests (HbsAg, Anti HCV) and Ultrasound abdomen. Secondly you should repeat the LFTs in 2 weeks time. In the meantime you can try stopping the antiallergic (it very rarely can affect the liver), drink green tea, cut down on sugars/carbs and lose weight if you are overweight. If the LFTs remain elevated and the viral hepatitis tests plus Ultrasound are negative then you might need to get further tests down the line.
