if no improvement then consult your DERMATOLOGIST AND RHEUMATOLOGIST , BECAUSE if no improvement then you may need immunosuppression and topical steroids.

lichen planus is an autoimmune disease which is trigger by increasing body immunity.. homeopathy have very effective medicine which can control it but some precaution in food is necessary. let me tell any purple color spot on other body part except mouth
