if you are developing unconsciousness and blood sugar is low and conscious level improve after taking sugar or sweet then you need to get check up by a medical specialist .
workup for both unconsciousness can be due to other causes.
and workup for hypoglycemia also which can include c peptide level ,pro insulin levels and CT ABDOMEN WITH PANCREATIC protocol after ruling out other causes .
keep monitor your blood sugar when you feel dizzy and blood pressure also .
