Talk to Internal Medicine on Low RBCS High Platelets And White Blood Cells

AoA I Need Guidance about my daughter she is 3.5years old since Birth she is Physically weak and has low Body weight (1-2kg low for her age as Dr told us) however she is active but Now she complains about pain in legs and her blood test report is attached here. Dr said her bones are weak to whom should I consult for proper treatment plz Guide me is the blood report normal or anything serious??
