Talk to Internal Medicine on Lower Abdomen Pain

I am 3 months pregnant, for a few days, I have been having pain in the lower abdomen. it is inside, somewhat like in internal stitches, similar points where I was having pain after c sections. I got c section 5 years ago. it's not severe, but I feel it sometimes sharp. I took cefspan 400mg for 5 days. plus I was suffering from spotting also, doctor advised me u progest and bed rest. spotting is end, but this pain didn't go away.
