Talk to Internal Medicine on Lower Left Abdominal Pain And Groin Pain

I am Aimen Shahid and 18F, from over a year, the pain in my abdomen and left lower side of groin is from mild to severe, yesterday I had extreme lower back pain, with spine pain and lower left abdominal pain, and when I slept at night with one leg up and one leg down, as if my left part of the groin or abdomen (not sure) had mild pain and as if the pressure on my lower stomach made me the urge to urinate, these days my urge to urinate is increasing. It should be taken into account that I do not drink as much as water so I prolong my urges to urinate, holding my urine for longer hours, I used to do it previously as well, but the pain wasn't severe as it is now. I urinate properly whitish colour when I drink more water. It sometimes also feels like when I sleep my urge to urinate increases, this is happening to me recently only.
