Talk to Internal Medicine on Mild Lymphocytosis

Aoa I had been experiencing heavyheadedness and low blood pressure around 90/60 or 80/50 on and off lately.. doctor asked me to do a cbc test.. in report mild lymphocytosis is indicated.. is it something to worry about or will it go on its own ...today i m experiencing mild pain in centre of left abdomin..
