Talk to Internal Medicine on Muscles/Joints/Bones

I went to see GP for my bodyache on 27Oct18. Told him that my shoulders,neck,legs, lower back, and arms every joint hurts like a sharp stabbing pain. Nothing helps this pain. Unable to sleep at night. He said its GAD and since then I am taking dulan (duloxetine/cymbalta). But it only worsened the pain (pain vanished for 3wks only initially). I visited him again he asked me not to stop this medicine strictly. Now along with worsened bodyache I am facing migraine too, on right side of my head. He said take Distalgesic for pain (hasb e zarurat). Migraine goes away after taking this med. But I am fed up due to bodyache and migraine on daily basis. I get depressed due to this pain. It makes me tired and dizzy and sleepy all the time. I take dulan in the daytime. Please guide me, where do I go who should I see? Will this anti depressant help me with this pain? I asked my Dr that should I see rhematologist? He said no need. I am so much worried. This pain is disturbig my studies, health, slee
