Hi. I am sorry to hear about your baby. But you should be thankful to God who saved your life as u can have babies in future but pre-ecmapsia can be serious at times for mother. Now u should try to move on considering this as will of God. The pain could be related to stress or depression but could be musculoskeletal as well. If its not settling with pain killers get an xray of neck/ cervical spine. I would advise you to try tab tryptanol 25mg once daily and see the response along with the painkillers like paracetamol and brufen gel. Thanks
