Talk to Internal Medicine on Nauseaue Sleepy Dizzy Even After Sleeping 17 Hours

I recently finished antibiotics for h pylori and have been prescribed multiple medications. Today I took nexum and sulvordie before breakfast then after i took nuebrol depricap and mythocobal. I am feeling dizzy nauseous and weird sleepy because i slept too much yesterday almost 17 hours because i took alp i had anxiety. Am i feeling drowsiness or something serious ? Is there need to go emergency or i just sleep ? Plz advice

No need to go to the emergency room. Drink more fluids so the drugs are washed out of your system. You have taken multiple sedative medications which is not wise. Book an appointment with some medical specialist so that he/she can optimise your medications. You might also need to be seen by a psychologist.

You are probably taking Atypical antipsychotic medications ( Sulvoride / Sulpiride or sulporide ) , which can cause Drowsiness, dizziness . No need for emergency visits. Just stop those medications .

if you had H pylori, just eradication therapy for H pylori was sufficient. And if you are still having Gastritis, nexum is sufficient to continue. We're you started Depricap by s psychiatrist after proper evaluation for long term history of OCD ? If not please stop taking it and levosulpiride and seek advice from a designated psychiatrist if you have long term issues. These medications are too heavy for mere anxiety...
