Since our marriage, my wife has been experiencing mid back pain on both sides, particularly during the day. Additionally, she has been complaining of fever with a temperature at night. Her hemoglobin (HB) level is 10.6, and while other test results are normal, she regularly experiences heaviness, headaches, back pain, and fever. What could be the underlying cause of these symptoms?
