Talk to Internal Medicine on Numbness In Body

I have been experiencing numbness in my body. Sometimes, both of my legs, from the knees down, become numb at the same time. When this happens, I quickly press my legs with my hands, which helps relieve it.

For the past week, my right side has been feeling numb and light, as if my muscles are weakening. I can do a lot of exercise and walking, but occasionally, while walking, I feel a sudden weakness, as if I can’t move properly. Since I use my laptop a lot, my hand swells when I hold the mouse for too long. I also feel numbness in patches, one part of my body goes numb, then another. Sometimes, even while sitting or lying down without any compression, certain parts of my body suddenly go numb.

The issue is more prominent in my hands, arms, knees, and legs, and it is starting to disrupt my daily routine.
