Do not worry. Just stop the supplements for now. For the numbness, plz check her HB and Ferritin level (for Iron deficiency). Improve her diet (especially high protein diet). Headache/numbness/pains could also be due to poor sleep which is very common in mothers of young children. Plz consider ways to improve her sleep. May she get well soon.
