Pain In Left Breast

Question

This is the second time in my posting my query here. First time I dint get any reply from your side. My daughter is having pain in her left breast from 6 days. At times the pain is very severe then it slows down. Her body is warm too but no fever. So my question is that I want to know is this a pain of puberty . Like the pain we have in breast growth? She hasn't had her periods yet and she is under weight too her weight is 19.5 kgs. Plz do reply thus time as I'm really concerned for her thanks.

Asalam o aliqum.
i can understand your worries dear.
As u said the prob is with one breast, so i can tell u that its nothing to do with hormonal issues, if such problem occur it will effect both breast equally, so no need to see an endocrinologist and have fancy set of expensive investigation in this afe.
The problem is locally in breast itself and its the domain of a surgeon to assess it properly and adv tests if needed acxordingly,
it may be normal or something very trivial which can b easily sorted.
So i will advice you to bring her and see me personally.

for her kindly consult some gynecologist. her wt is definitely low she
should have at least 28 to 30 kg. proper local examination by some good
gynecologist and some labs will help in diagnosis.
