Talk to Internal Medicine on Pain In Legs

I have severe pain in both legs and at the back of shoulders too. Attaching the picture of the bruises I get often and their reason is not known. It is really hard for me to climb stairs and walking becomes difficult too. The pain is mostly under the thigh area and equally in both legs. I feel lethargic all the time. My calcium and vitaminD are within normal range
