Pain On Right Side Of Chest

Question

i am facing cough last week having infection . the doctor gave me antibiotic and a cough syrup. after taking 5 days i am facing pain on right side while cough otherwise it ok. i again consult the doctor and he did ultrasound for anything issue in kidney stone or anything. everything is normal. doctor gave me tablet for pain. but the pain is still there . can someone guide me about this. thanks. Also i have done CBS its normal.

Please get a chest Xray and take

Risek 40 mg OD

Sp Gaviscon 2 tablespoons thrice daily

ECG also to be done.

chest x ray
steam inhalation
maintain a temperature chart
above to rule out pleurisy pneumonia etc
it could be muscular as well
hot pack n gentle massage will help in that case

if there is right sided chest pain can be pneumonia / pleurisy , get a chest xray done  , take synflex 250 or 500mg twice daily with cap risek 20 mg twice daily before meal .
