Talk to Internal Medicine on Palpitations

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 23 years old, Peshawar

I get palpitations and heart rate about 100-110 almost everyday for some time. Half hour to an hour that occirs usually in morning. Probably some time after breakfast. And that happens almost everyday. I dont haveanyother issue. Had mild anemia a year back took iron suplements for it havent checked again recently.. No problem of sob, can easily exercise without any problem.

Just wanted to ask what could be the reason for this palpitations? It occurs only in morning as far as i have noticed. Do i need to be worried? Should i consult someone? If yes, who? Medicine specialist?

Also my heart rate is normal around 70 or a little above, even if i check immediately after i feel that palpitations have stopped.
I have even checked my bp during the palpitations once and that was normal as well.

Can caffein cause palpitations?
But then again i dont get palpitations if i have caffein at anyother time of the day..

Bro I also face sometimes similar thing. As far i know it is normal to have palpitations and little spike in blood pressure after meal specially if you overeat. It is because you stomach and intestine needs more blood to digest heavy meal. After few mins it comes back to normal. Also i would personally say you to start exercise.
