Talk to Internal Medicine on RA FACTOR PATIENT

I am suffering from shortness of breath from last four years but severity comes from last one year and condition becomes more severe. recently i visited Services Hospital, Lahore Pulmonology OPD, where i was diagnosed RA related ILD disease after going through HRCT Scane which was without report, doctor saw just film and said that i have RA related ILD. But when report was made from radiologist he has not shown any problem in it related to ILD. Symptoms i have like Shortness of breath. I am taking medicine like Cellcept 500 mg twice a day, two deltacortril (10 mg) once a day from last three months. During treatment of RA i was got another problem of Uretric Stone for which i have to undergone URS procedure. During this procedure doctor inserted a dj stent due to which bleeding continue for 10 days. After 15 days dj stent was removed and bleeding stopped. Now after one month i am feeling pain in my kidney where dj stent was placed. I have swelling on my face, feets, hands and legs when
