My mother is diabetic, BP, Thyroid & Cholesterol patient. She is taking medicines regularly. But from past two months she is feeling so much down, pain in shoulders and fatigue... its happening from last 2 3 years but she used to take nubrol forte and she got fine for 2 3 months and then it happens again..but now from last 2 months its happening on daily basis.. she is feeling so much down, we consulted many doctors in past 2 months and every one gave multivitamins but unfortunately it didn't work.. she feeling weakness in body, pain un shoulders and back..she cant eat food from past 2 weeks and feel nausea everytime... i cant take her to hospital bcz of Covid 19. will need the list of medication she is using ...Diabetic patient are prone to develope Diabetic Neuropathy which may be the case with your mother so if she is using Pre gabalin bettee to start her on pre gabalin ( Gabica 75mg )

She will need blood test to check her thyroid status to see whether thyroid hormones are within normal range , I suggest you start her on losec 20mg and send me details of her current medication , for pain you can keep her on wilgesic forte tab three times a day , she will check on thyroid function (TFT) and CK .

the reason may be either related to diabetes in the form of diabetic neuropathy( Involvement of nerves) r the thyroid. and viatmin D deficiency also very common. kindly get her tests done that include HbA1c , S.urea , S creatinine, S vitamin D 3 levels, S.
