if AV fistula is on the same side of arm pain it can be due to vascular insufficiency
leg cramps can be due to multiple reasons which can be addressed by doctor from electrolyte imbalance to peripheral arterial disease and many more. meanwhile she can ease pain by leg stretching, warm cmpresses and add paracetamol but visit consultant physician/ nephrologist as soon as possible
