The treatment is complicated
If heart muscle is involved treatment is more aggressive while if you only have joint pains treatment is different . It all depends on your various tests and examination findings and most importantly tests for your heart like echocardiography and cardiac enzyme test . It seems you are already under treatment of a physician who diagnosed your condition but you don't trust the doctor ..
