Asking For Self, Male 34, Sahiwal

I had an accident and the doctor asked me to do an MRI MRI report report says : Report Findings: * Abnormal Signal Area (Midbrain): There is an abnormal signal area in the anterior-lateral part of the right side of the midbrain. * This area measures 11x6.5mm. * It shows a high signal on T2/FLAIR sequences and a low signal on the T1 sequence. * Crucially, there is no diffusion restriction, which means it's unlikely to be an acute stroke. * There is no mass effect causing midline shift. * There is no blooming artifact on the SWI sequence, which suggests no significant hemorrhage or iron deposition in this area. * Ventricles and Subarachnoid Spaces: These appear normal. * Mass Effect/Midline Shift: No evidence of mass effect or midline shift. * Cerebellum, Cerebellopontine Angle Cisterns, and Craniocervical Junction: All appear normal. * Tonsillar Herniation: No tonsillar herniation noted. * Calvarium: Returns normal signals (referring to the skull bones). * Orbits
