I hope you're all doing well. I'm reaching out here because I'm quite concerned about my elder sister's health and I'm hoping to gather some insights or advice from this wonderful community.
She's been experiencing persistent pain throughout her body, particularly in her legs below the knees. Whenever she walks on stairs there is a noticeable knocking sound in her knees. This discomfort has been ongoing and its starting to affect her daily life.
We are unsure of what might be causing these symptoms and we are eager to explore any potential explanations or solutions. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any knowledge in this area, we would greatly appreciate your input.

Vitamin D3 Test Results showed that she has D3 deficiency. Resulted values is 18 ng/mL where reference values are from 30 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL.
