Whenever i keep hands in water in Winter, i get running nose n sneezing. i got checked with Islamabad allergy centre, ISB. they said i have Dust n Pollen Allergy. what should i care? what precaustions should i take?

i lived in ISB for 8 years from that city i got this problem but i'm currently in Jhelum city but facing same problem with it is now less. what would be recommendations?
