Talk to Internal Medicine on Skin Allergy And Itching

I have got some allergy and dont know the root cause its like minor wheals and red patches with alot of itching … firstly it was on my arms but now its on some of my neck areas, chin, abdomen and legs … sometime its so small like chicken pox sometimes like a wheal… it starts with wheals formation followed by itching and when i do itching the skin is damaged and skin discolouration occurs which appears so ugly … i thought it may be scabies and used lotrix and calamine lotion but no change then thought it might be food allergy as i was eating cashewnuts and chicken so i quit junk and outside food but still 1-2 mild wheals are formed daily on different body areas … it is causing so much discomfort please some doctor help me rule out this and suggest permanent treatment as it bern now 2 months this is happening… attching picture of a recent patch and skin discolouration after itching
