Aslam u ALAIKUM Doc. First my sleep was very deep but once my due to blood pressure issue i can't sleep when i go to sleep my heartbeat got fast it's about 3 months ago but after drinking penalty of water and excercsing i got stable But now 2 to 3 days again same problem exist with me it mandatory to mention here when i am near to discharge in sleep i got awake without discharging I don't get night fall may
