AOA. meri mother ko L4 L5 ka issue inka weight 101 kg tah recently unho ny apna 25 kg weight diet sy lose kia hae lekin isky bad mainy continually observed kia hae inki heart rate 55 to 65 rehti hae even she's have high blood pressure issue can any one tell me is it normal or we need some medical assistance???
