I am sorry to know about your problem. Aap ki complaints sun k lagta hai k aap ko allergy (allergic rhinitis) hai. Is k boht si reasons ho skti hain.
One common reason in summer is use of air conditioners, aur thand ki waja se yeh aggaravate ho jata hai.
Other reasons can be allergy to anything like dust, pets, pollens, smoke etc
Dust, hair of pets, insects etc can all trigger this problem
May I please know that for how long are you having this problem? Are you allergic to any other thing like food, pollens etc
For now please start taking
Tablet kestine 10 mg before you go to bed at night or as soon as you get up in the morning (before breakfast)
Use nasal spray Rhinoclenil 2puffs in each nostril twice a day

Yes mjhy bhe lgta hai mjhy fan ki hawa or dust sy allergy hai.mein arinak forte or rejex tabs boht ly hai but en ka fayida waqti hai.
