hello! can i take nutrifactir's biotin and gencell together?? i know doctors says natural foods already has benefits more that supplements but due to stomach issues whenever i eat any meal anhthing it does'nt suits me becuase i go to washroom after every meal. so all vitamins calcium strength everything stops there. my skin and my hairs have become so worse i lost my skin's ellasticity, sagggy cheeks, droopy eyelids, wrinkles under eyes, droopy mouth, deep nasolabiale folds and wrinkles on forehead. i am really worried i am engaged but will be married soon in a year. i am 23 age my weight is 48 i am so skinny plz suggest me any vitamins collagens biotin gencell anything which can give my body strentgh solve ma hair fall and skin problems. also my joint and muscles weakness
