Father 72 years old, facing problem due to sleeplessness. Since u mentioned swelling of feet. There could be possibilites of liver, heart and kidney problems. He needs to visit doctor and gets investigated for liver, heart and kidney issues.

yes, you are ready right. creatine level remains high, blood sugar is also high. we give him insuline three times aday. he had open Heart surgery 9 years ago.bhe was alright 6 months ago. wo bht takleef me hen. neend nhi aati dawa k baad b.

Aoa, I am sorry to hear about the trouble your father is facing at this moment. Keeping in view his condition it is very important that he must have a good sleep. I would like to recommend few steps to be done immediately to make him comfortable
1. Give him restricted fluids and salt like try to estimate the urine he passes in the whole day and give water equal to the amount of urine he passed during the day and night. Don’t add salt in his food please
2. Make him sleep with atleast two to three pillows under his head and neck or you can use something to elevate the head side of his bed like putting something under.
3. Start him on tablet Lasix 40 mg two times a day (one in morning and second in the afternoon)
And get immediate consultation in the hospital as his heart needs to be review in detail. If you are not able to do so please share all the investigation like ECG, Chest X-ray, blood tests, echocardiogram done now or in the past with me on my wtsapp

his doctor also prescribed lasix 40mg 2 tablets in afternoon and 2 tablets in morning. but his condition is getting worst day by day. Doctor sirif tassali detay rehtay hen
