Talk to Internal Medicine on Tired ,no Energy In Legs

I have bitter taste in mouth and have pain in legs muscles and arms,as last yeas in same days i suffer the same and doctor diagnose me that i am suffering from dengue malaria.i have almost the same feelings but not much back when i tested my blood dr found that i have low number of white blood cell so this time i want to cure myself before anything bad ,so suggestions needed
