Talk to Internal Medicine on Tongue Yellow White From 2 Years

My tongue is yellow and white since 2 years sometimes it becomes white and sometimes yellow 24 hours i m facing this problem since 2 years. I used a lot of GERD medications but not cured. What type of this disease even i kissed my girlfriend she got white tongue and yellow after 3 months and got nausea vomiting flu loose motions. What type of this disease.

Maintain good oral hygiene
Mouth wash
Clean the tongue with a tongue cleaner gently
Limit tobacco use if using
Nilstat drops 10 drops twice a day to be placed in the mouth n then circulated nicely all around the inside of the mouth n then spit it out

Thanks but i used nilstate drops before but did nt effect. It might b fungus but i dnt know how to use medicine. Nilstate didn't effect.
