"I am 6'1" and weigh 70 kg, which places me in the underweight category. My body has felt weak and thin for many years. Whatever I eat seems to produce an internal sensation of heat, when I was 12 at that age, I contracted typhoid and was bedridden for two months. Since then, I often feel persistent fatigue and low energy, to the extent that it becomes challenging to even stand for long periods.
Additionally, I experience muscle pain and soreness after traveling for as little as 30 minutes. My legs feel particularly weak, and I have gynecomastia and dark circles under my eyes. I am concerned that these symptoms may indicate a hormonal imbalance or some other underlying issue.
