I am having Chest Ache and Heaviness, Bloating and Dizziness.. Suddenly Fast and slow heart beat and feels depressed..ECG is clear but I feels pain in arm, shoulder,chest Side and pain moves.

As an underweight female with episodes of fast and slow heartbeats even if ECG is normal along with chest, arm, and shoulder pain that radiates, should not be ignored these symptoms.
Possible causes include
Anemia
Electrolyte imbalance
Thyroid issues
Anxiety or stress
Hidden rhythm problems (which may not always show on ECG)
Further evaluation is important. Blood tests (including CBC, thyroid function, electrolytes), and if needed, Holter monitoring may help.
