i've this weird pain or you can say (uljhan) on my upper chest area like below collar bone on both sides and i don’t know how to explain this but it’s there, happening since quite a time now, on and off and very random times, i am so scared because when it happens obviously you could feel it on your chest overall. i hope this makes sense. i am worried, can anyone tell me the reason please

Regarding your chest discomfort, kindly explain it a bit more, does that pain spreads to your Lt or Rt hand, sides of neck , do you feel tightness in chest, breathlessness ( shortness of breath) , dizziness, nausea, vomiting. For how long pain persist and how it is relieved either with medications or by itself. Do you have any indigestion or heart burn issues. Any other symptoms like cough , fever etc.Are you taking any medications.once you explain all these questions, I will be in better position to advise your tests and will make differential diagnosis.
