Talk to Internal Medicine on UTI, Kidney Issue Or May Be Stomach Issue

my mom had diabetes for like more than 6 or 7 years..but few days back she had typhoid like symptoms so we gave her antibiotics but she couldn't get any better we rushed to hospital and doc gave her some iv shots and we tested her cbc and malaria but cbc came with mild anemic (hb= 9.9) but no decrease in platelet count also malaria was negative.. now after reaching home she didn't get any better..then at night we gave her a anti-malarial dose and she get better like her body pain and fever came down ...next whole day she was alright but at night her pain gets worse and we gave her painkillers and after eating something she got okay...then in the morning her condition remains same ..doc gave her neurobion injection for body pain also xarodol and bisleri along with multivitamin tablet ...she gets better for few hours after that she became nauseous and started throwing up some blood so we confirm first that blood is from her mouth not from teeth or gums also her cbc didn't show any low co
