I am suffering from this symptoms for four days I can't go to doctors because the government doctors don't pay attention to poor and I have no money so I can afford a private doctor
symptoms
1. fever, chills & body shakes (time to time)
2. urinate drop by drop (time to time)
3. pain in bladder (only happen at once)
4. pain in kidney (only happen at once)
5. diarrhea (have gone)
6. feel urgency to urinate (less frequently)
7. foul smelling urine (less frequently)
8. burning sensation and pain while urinate(frequently)
9. pain in lower back(frequently)
10. Hardly eat anything(frequently)
I did some diet mistake and eat spicy food during UTI but later on I eat probiotics(yogurt) and drink apple cider vinegar diluted with water I feel some relief but again the same plz tell me antibiotics

Tab ciproxin 250 mg bd syp citralka in water TDS tab NOSPA tds plenty of water avoid rice tomato and spinach

Diarrhea is not a common finding UTI, neither is fever and chills , especially in males. Therefore I will suggest you infection has ascended to your kidneys along with you already have some stomach issues .
kindly see your doctor, do not take it lightly .... It may cause problems for you in future and then you will have to spend more money.
