Question

I have been taking vitamin B12 supplements for about almost 3 months now. I went to a general physician because I was concerned about my constant fatigue through our the day.

he gave me vitamin B12 injections.
500 mcg (2 injections in a day for one week)

I\'m afraid my body has taken an overdose of vitamin B12 because I still consume vitamin B12 supplements with the injections
