Talk to Internal Medicine on Vomiting / Heaviness In Chest / Intestinal Worms

Around 4 months ago, I had an outing in my village. I got a light fever, severe stomach pain, and by evening started vomiting. I thought it was normal, but then I had chest heaviness, dry mouth, loss of appetite, and bad breath. No major digestion issues back then, just occasional constipation. A doctor prescribed Pepzyme, Gaviscon, and a few other meds, but my condition worsened. I saw another doctor with similar treatment and lost 3 kg in 15 days. I initially felt better but got worse with diarrhea, weakness, blood and mucus in stool—possibly intestinal inflammation. I lost fat, my ribs became visible, muscles weak. I suspect worms as I saw thread-like things in my stool a month ago. Now, I don't see mucus, but sometimes blood. I have 2–3 bowel movements daily and poor digestion. Please suggest medications (especially for worms) and diet recommendations to recover.
Kindly take tablet.vermox 100mg (morning and evening)for 3 consecutive days,are you still having stomach issues like diarrhea?

No, Abhi Diarrhea nahi hai but Bowl movements abhi 2-3 Hain and light pain in stomach and Dryness in mouth yeh chezein Hain.

You should take care of your diet,balanced diet also avoid eating heavy meals and food from out,stay hydrated,salads khaen,avoid red meat,oily fried meals.

Mene worms ke Liye Vormex 100mg 3 din 1 tab nashte ke Baad and 2 din 2 tablets 1 nashte ke Baad 1 khane ke aik ghante Baad. But mujhe abhi dryness in mouth And emptiness morning mein hoti hai.
And stool pass Karne mein bohut zyada takleef ho Rahi hai Shuru mucus ( thick brownish Liquid ) then Thora stool then Blood ata hai drops mein then stool and bohut zyada time lagta hai and 10-15 min Baad phir sey Jana parta hai and phir Thora SA stool and blood ata hai and itna zyada pressure balls per lagta hai ki phir khara bhi nahi ho pata I have to sit to calm down

Okay for test it's not possible now because I am in a town and yeh test available nahi. I have to travel 4 hours to do the tests and it's difficult now with this condition. Can I do the tests after 2-3 days
