i am doing gym from 1 year.mera weight gain tha pehly 62 us k bd weight loose ho k 54 py a gya tha then maine diet maintain rakhi to weight gain nai hua aur ma gym b jati rhi hoon weight training krti hoon but mere knees k issue h to ma cardio nai krti us se mera knees ma pain hoti h knees space ka issue h muje.muje knees k liye alsi ki piniyan kisi ny kaha tha k kha lo maine last month se wo khai h bht.but ab mera weight 59kg py a gya h even ma itna ziada kuch b nai kha rhi aur piniyan b bnd hain diet se farq ni pr rha na reduce ho rha h even ma weight training kr rhi hoon week ma 5 days.suggest me k ma kia krn?
For a young female age 26 59 kg weight is normal You can not reduce your weight with exercise it is only to keep you healthy. If you want to reduce weight please right food on right time lia karay and mild exercise for your good health

Aap ki height kitni hai? Agar aap ka weight app ki height k mutabiq normal range mei hai to is ko kam nhi krney ki zaroorat. Underweight hona bhi bemari hai jaisay overweight. Agar weight normal range mei hai to is ki koi pareshani nhi hai. Baqi knee pain k liye calcium, vitamin D aur cartilage supplements (glucosamine, chondroitin, hyaluronate, collagen, MSM) le lein; aur knee pain ki physiotherapy shoru krein. Cardio bhi aap ko krni chahiye, us mei cycling, aur rowing aap kr skti hain, us se ghutnay pe zor nhi aaye ga.

Ok phir aap abhi, exercise continue rakhein plus cardio start krein (cycling, rowing), sugar, sweets aur desserts band kr dein, low carb diet use krein, aur regular green tea piyein…inshaAllah waqt k sath weight normal ho jaye ga. Rapid weight loss ki zaroorat nhi hai. Slowly ho jaye ga bus aap ne consistent rehna hai.

green tea b ma 2 time peeti hoon aur 1 week se ma cardio ma treadmill aur cycling add ki ha muje proper diet plan ki zarorat hai ya nai abi?ya ma jo normal portion control kr rhi hoon wohi krn?

For weight management you should calculate your BMI ( check formula at google) . Note your height and weight for that formula. 1-2 kg above that formula is not a big issue. Reducing weight management by diet ALONE is not recommended. You must join either Gym or do regular aerobic exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour daily. Add vegetables to your diet. Don’t take any medications for weight reduction. Send me your height and weight if you can’t calculate your BMI. For knee pain take Tablet Tylenol 500 when needed & do physiotherapy . Also don’t be so obsessive about your weight . Thanks
