Talk to Internal Medicine on Yellow Juandice(Hev)
Asking for Self, Male, 22 years old, Lahore
My eyes were yellow and yellow juandice identifies now when i test my hev and hav my hev value is 8.40 now what should i eat as parents are not allowing me to eat food contain normal amount of salt and normal amount of peper also i am eating totalyd ull foods now a days i am attaching my reports below

1.Drink lots of fluids .
2 . Eat fruits, khichri, vegetable soup.No curry or ghee at all.
