Please any leprascopc sergean suggest me weather i need operation or not yet? After 3 ultrasounds i was Diagnosed inguinal hernia. Result: A focal defect measuring about 2.4cm is seen in left inguinal region. Inguinal sac containing fat protruding through it and extending itno scortal sac. I have a big lump in scortun and can not push it back. I have this since 12 years. Please suggest. And than you so much for your time

yes, its an irreducible left inguino-scrotal hernia ad surgery is the only treatment option to it need to be operated with mesh repair. the decision of open repair vs laproscopic repair will be made after examining the patient in person.
