Talk to Liver on High Levels In LFT After Dengue Fever

my father was diagnosed with dengue fever 9 days ago . only paracetamol treatment was given to him along with the juices . now the fever has not been improved. doctor recommended LFT and CBC . CBC comes normal but there is issue in LFT . please guide what to do as fever is not improving
