first you have to get triphasic CT Scan to rule out liver lesion / cancer. and if there is any suspicious lesion then patient will be advised some further tests like AFP, LFTs, Serum Albumin , PT/INR . then on those basis the treatment will be advised. you can visit GINUM for diagnosis / workup or can go to Lahore
