aoa, My mother diagnosed with liver cancer last stage. doctor asked there is no surgery and medcn for this because of patient age. kindly tell me is there any hope. AFP is >20,000
Thanks alot for asking. It is infact already very much advanced involving the main blood vessels. Surgery is out of question and unfortunately local ablative therapy will not be very much effective. At this stage we can only advice some medicine to control at some extent. Medicine is expansive but it will give little hope. Like something than nothing.
