Thanks for waiting. I can imagine that it is either Hepatitis B or C related HCC....I am unable to see the size of the tumor before and after over I do not know the extent of portal vein thrombosis after TACE.... we need to know the current LFTS... albumin, gastric profile. or hepatic profile.. to rule out CHILD classification....I am emphasizing more as the patient is very much young 45 years.... and nothing is extra abdominal... if the liver permits after TACE we can remove segment 5 or 6 it depends upon the patient rest of profile and exact size of tumor and portal vein tumor thrombosis......
